Therapy

With a warm, practical approach, I help adults (18+) with:

  • Anxiety: Social, generalised, health, panic, phobias, etc

  • Stress: Relationships, work, studies (undergraduate and post-graduate), etc

  • Behaviour change: Choosing habits you want more of, or less of, and focusing on making it happen.

  • Feeling stuck or uncertain in times of change

  • Relationship difficulties

Using a flexible process based approach based in CBT and ACT, we talk, make sense of what you are experiencing, clarify what you need, develop knowledge and skills, and apply them in therapy and life.

*If you need help with moderate to severe depression, suicidal ideation, self-harm, PTSD, internet / gaming issues, alcohol / drug use, or eating difficulties, please read about other services here.

Pricing

Therapy sessions: $220*

*Includes GST for individuals. Excludes GST for funded sessions / organisations
