What I help with

Hi. I’m Daniel, a senior clinical psychologist. I work with adults experiencing stress and anxiety: From the stress of work, relationships, or major change, to general anxiety, social anxiety, and panic.

What I don't

I am registered with the New Zealand Psychologists Board and a member of the New Zealand College of Clinical Psychologists.

 

I practice Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and employ strategies from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). I have worked in community mental health, university settings and private practice since 2012, offering brief, medium and long-term therapy to a wide range of people.

 

Alongside working with individuals, I have facilitated CBT groups for anxiety, DBT groups for emotional regulation, mindfulness groups for academic success, and an eTherapy intervention for stress, anxiety and depression.
