*If your stress and anxiety includes heavy use of alcohol or drugs, obsessive compulsive issues, serious difficulties with eating, feeling very depressed, or having thoughts of self-harm or suicide, please speak to your GP or visit www.mentalhealth.org.nz for more relevant services. 

Pricing

Sessions are 50 minutes and cost $185*.

*Please make payment at the time of each appointment. There will be a cost for additional services (e.g. writing letters). If you need to cancel please give more than 24 hours notice to avoid being charged.
